The Color Purple is a story about incredible hardships but also the story of how love and forgiveness can redeem.This became his trade mark in Schindler’s List but is given great credence in The Color Purple due to the love felt by all those that participated in bringing this movie to life. It’s a miracle that such an unconventional story even made it to the big screen.
